BUILDING EXPANSION
In 1946, ground was broken for the current Our Lady of the Mountains parish. Building costs were in excess of $100,000 and it
seats approximately 300 people. A local architect has called it the most beautiful and quintessential mountain church.
Today, Estes Park welcomes over 3 million visitors a year and our church has a membership of over 400 families. Because of the increase in visitors and full-time parishioners, our church is typically
filled to capacity. To read more about our expansion plans, our current progress, and to help the church
accommodate our growing church, please click here.
